The Euphrates is one of the rivers beginning with the letter E, the length of which is 2,700 kilometers. It is the second largest river in Mesopotamia. It flows through three countries: Turkey, Iraq and Syria. You can read about the river even in the Bible. The beginning of the river is in Turkey, and its mouth in the Persian Gulf.
One of the shorter rivers in Poland is the Elbląg with the letter E. The waters are located in Żuławy Wiślane and I can navigate along its entire length. The river is only a little over 14 kilometers long. It starts its course from Lake Druzno, and its mouth is the Vistula Lagoon.
